How it works

• 01Warehouse Builder. The organizer uploads their existing documents to Line's admin portal: PDFs, floor plan images, Word schedules. Opus analyzes the data and builds a custom tool surface specifically for the event.
• 02SMS Agent. Attendees text Line in plain language. Instead of a generic RAG pipeline, the agent calls event-specific tools generated at build time to return a short, confident answer in under two seconds.
• 03Real-time updates. Event staff text updates from the floor — including photos. Line reads the image, extracts the issue, updates the knowledge base, and routes attendees around it.
• 04Intelligence Suite. After the event, Line delivers a post-event intelligence report: an anonymized heatmap of what attendees asked, where wayfinding broke down, and what to fix next year.

Line's architecture is fundamentally more efficient — SMS is orders of magnitude cheaper to deliver than a native app. We pass the savings directly to organizers.
